Job summary

Novuskin NV LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative to support outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and experience with CRM systems; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Growth opportunities exist within a results-driven, luxury med spa setting in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Customer service experience is a MUST.
• Data Entry required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Must speak English & Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Managing large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Following call center scripts when handling different topics.
• Field incoming calls in a timely manner throughout shift.
• Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs.
• Provide sufficient answers and solutions to all customer queries.
• Generate leads for sales team and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Ensure voicemails are answered immediately.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with call center, sales and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas as a team.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 + years of experience working in a call center environment required
• Customer service experience a MUST
• Data Entry required
• Familiarity with CRM systemsExcellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong phone skills i.e. diction, active listening
• Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments
• Time management skills
• Ability to multitask and attention to detail
