Comprehensive EyeCare Partners is seeking a Call Center Representative to support our local practice team in Henderson, NV. You will answer calls, schedule patients with the right physician and location, and ensure accurate entry of demographics and insurance information.

The role involves triaging calls, managing appointment changes, and routing inquiries about financial information, prescriptions, or surgery details.

• 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Strong data entry and telephone skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
