Job summary

Comprehensive EyeCare Partners is seeking an Entry Level Call Center Representative for our Henderson, NV location. The role supports the local practice team by handling patient calls, scheduling with the correct physician and location, and updating patient demographics and insurance information.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of customer service/call center experience recommended.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in customer service and call center environment preferred.
• Strong data entry and telephone skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Addresses patients concerns.
• Schedules patients with the correct physician and location to ensure top quality care to our patient.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments as necessary.
• Accurately entering or updating all demographics and insurance information.
• Effectively triage scheduling calls to ensure appropriate scheduling.
• Transfer calls requesting financial information, prescription refills, or surgery information to proper avenues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
