Job summary

TEN Credit Union in Cookeville, TN is seeking a friendly Call Center Representative to join our on-site team. You will assist members with inquiries, process loan applications, and resolve concerns while delivering exceptional service over phone and email.

We value strong communication, multitasking, and a positive phone presence. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
