NW Baths seeks energetic Call Center Representatives to join our Hobart, Indiana team. You will contact homeowners, qualify prospects, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

You will also handle inbound calls from advertising campaigns, maintain accurate customer records, and deliver exceptional service throughout the process. The role offers competitive pay of $18-$25 per hour, paid training, and both full-time and part-time opportunities in a supportive, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners by telephone using a provided script.
• Schedule qualified appointments for free in-home consultations.
• Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports.
• Follow up with homeowners regarding consultations.
• Support sales and marketing teams through lead management.
• Enter appointment and customer information into company systems accurately.
