NW Baths seeks energetic Call Center Representatives to join our Hobart, Indiana team. You will contact homeowners, qualify prospects, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

You will also handle inbound calls from advertising campaigns, maintain accurate customer records, and deliver exceptional service throughout the process. General Purpose

As a Call Center Representative, you will contact homeowners, qualify prospects, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team. You will also answer inbound calls from advertising campaigns, maintain accurate customer records, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners by telephone using a provided script


• Schedule qualified appointments for free in-home consultations


• Answer inbound calls generated through marketing campaigns and advertisements


• Adjust presentations and conversations to meet the needs of individual homeowners


• Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally


• Gather and verify homeowner information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and project details


• Enter appointment and customer information into company systems accurately


• Confirm appointments set by canvassers, event staff, and marketing representatives


• Perform quality-control follow-up calls when necessary


• Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports


• Follow up with homeowners regarding previously scheduled consultations


• Help support the sales and marketing teams through effective communication and lead management

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, telemarketing, sales, or marketing experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone


• Positive attitude and professional demeanor


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
