Lead a Growing Call Center. Build Teams. Drive Results.
Junk.com is looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven Call Center Manager to lead and develop our inbound sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives on coaching people, improving performance, and using data to drive business outcomes.
As our Call Center Manager, you will oversee a team of approximately 6‑10 call center agents, manage daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies that improve conversion rates, customer experience, and revenue generation. This role reports directly to company leadership and offers significant visibility and influence within the organization.
We are open to candidates who can work onsite in either our Carrollton, Texas office or our Deerfield Beach, Florida office.
The majority of customer interactions are inbound calls from consumers seeking junk removal services. The primary objective is scheduling service appointments and maximizing conversion opportunities. Additional outbound activity focuses on customer follow‑up and appointment recovery, not cold calling.
We’re looking for a leader who can point to specific business results. Candidates who can clearly articulate performance improvements, operational wins, and KPI achievements will stand out. Success in this role requires equal parts leadership, organization, accountability, and strategic thinking.
This is more than a traditional call center management role. You’ll have the opportunity to build processes, influence strategy, develop talent, and create measurable business impact. If you’re a people‑first leader who enjoys using data to improve performance and drive growth, we’d love to hear from you.
This job is part of LinkedIn’s Full‑Service Hiring beta program. Eligibility is limited to candidates located in and performing services in the United States, excluding those based in Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, South Carolina, or West Virginia.
We’re committed to making our hiring process as smooth and timely as possible, and we understand that waiting to hear back can add to the anticipation. If you’re a potential fit, our team will reach out within two weeks to progress you to the next stage. If you don’t hear from us in that time, we encourage you to explore other opportunities with our team in the future, and we wish you the very best in your job search.
