1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for a Full Time Field Service Leader in the United States. You will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling, while leading drivers and crew to ensure exceptional service delivery on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Handle junk removal, perform heavy and light lifting as required.
• Manage daily operations, monitor performance, and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent the brand and collaborate with marketing for local outreach and acquisition.
• Participate in daily role-play training for ongoing development.

Position: Full Time Field Service Leader

Pay:$22-$30 pr/hr (includes $18 hourly base and profit share/commission)

As a Field Service Leadertraining in Operations, you will be trained at all levels to be fast tracked fromCustomer Experience LeadertoCertified Sales LeadertoSenior Sales Leader toOperations. Where you will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery, and manage our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our high standards and achieving business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Development:Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years inLogistics, KPI’s, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license(required for insurance purposes)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in our trucks as needed.
• Able to lift at least75+ lbsrepeatedly!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
