Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Full Time Field Service Leader in Reno, NV to oversee drivers and crew, drive on-site sales, and ensure top-tier service delivery. You will train, manage routes, and boost customer satisfaction while representing a trusted home-services brand.

You will lead a dynamic team through daily logistics, safety, and efficiency initiatives, with opportunities for advancement into Senior Sales leadership and Operations roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in logistics, sales, dispatch, fleet, or management preferred.
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to WOW our customers and drive value.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew on client sites.
• Handle junk removal, heavy and light lifting.
• Manage daily operations and customer-satisfaction metrics.

Position: Full Time Field Service Leader

Pay: $22-$25/hr (includes $12 hourly base and profit share/commission)

As a Field Service Leadertraining in Operations, you will be trained at all levels to be fast tracked from Customer Experience LeadertoCertified Sales LeadertoSenior Sales Leader toOperations. Where you will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery, and manage our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our high standards and achieving business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service:WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service.
• Drive and Load Trucks Safely:Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
• Handle Junk Removal:Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
• Manage Efficiency:Manage daily operations, monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent Our Brand:Collaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
• Development:Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years inLogistics, KPI’s, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management Preferred
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license(required for insurance purposes)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in our trucks as needed
• Able to lift at least75+ lbsrepeatedly!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software
