What You Will Do :

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility will be selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet production targets.
• Accurately handle currency transactions and ensure timely deposits with documentation in our management system.
• Quickly connect with clients; educate and advise on suitable products based on their needs.

The Perfect Match :

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Excellent follow-up, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Ambitious and professional, motivated by advancement opportunities.
