Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Acquire leads and call prospective clients to schedule informational discovery calls and present illustrated options via Zoom meetings. Qualifications: • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Must reside in the USA • Must have a laptop or home computer or be willing to get one • Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
