Who We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Basic math skills and professionalism in high-pressure situations

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls
  • Negotiate payment plans and develop solutions for past-due balances
  • Meet and exceed performance targets
Training and Work Schedule

Mandatory three-week paid training. Work hours: Monday-Tuesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position at our Greensboro, NC call center.
