The Collections Specialist is responsible for ensuring optimal collection opportunities by reviewing account onboarding data and prioritizing accounts for collection efforts by identifying the ones having the highest recovery potential, thereby optimally allocating their collection efforts to those accounts and maximizing recoveries.
