GENERAL FUNCTION: This role is the first point of contact for customers with inquiries, concerns, or requests regarding solar and home improvement loans. It requires professionalism and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas, raising concerns, and following policies. Always do the right thing for customers and colleagues, ensuring actions promote a positive customer experience. Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks within the Bank’s risk appetite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer calls professionally and determine caller needs.
  • Provide support related to solar systems or loan applications.
  • Assist with payment and billing questions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Perform customer identity verifications.
  • Document interactions with detailed notes.
  • Adhere to Dividend policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends; potential remote work (local to San Diego, CA).
  • At least six months of recent call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task and provide accurate, efficient service.
  • Excellent communication and positive demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
