POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Resource Associate works under supervision in a Customer Resource Center to provide high-quality service to customers. Responsibilities include handling calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints, requiring research and investigation to resolve issues; delivering prompt, respectful, and courteous service to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.

Start Date: July 11th, 2025.
Schedule: Available to work any 40-hour week between 7:30am-6:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Training: Paid, with no time off during the first three weeks. Hours are 8:15am-5:00pm Central Time (9:15am-6:00pm Eastern Time).
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour.
Remote Work: Both training and job are remote. Equipment is provided; employees must supply internet, a wired connection, and a distraction-free environment. Minimum internet requirements include ping/latency under 100ms, download speed of 25MBPS, upload speed of 5MBPS, and 0% packet loss. Mobile hot-spot, tethering, or satellite ISPs are not permitted.
Employees are required to be on video during meetings and training.
First 90 Days: Limited PTO days (2 days) can be requested after training within the first 90 days.
