Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to our clients. As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding their inquiries, issues, and general information about our products and services.

$15.50 - $25.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the database accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
