Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic is seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to join our Ocean City, MD team. This role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 3 days remote, handling inbound calls and scheduling free consultations for bathroom remodeling projects.

You will follow proven scripts, build rapport with homeowners, and ensure accurate data entry and records. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a growing company.
