Job summary

Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Palm Harbor, FL. You will contact homeowners, schedule qualified in-home consultations for our sales team, follow up on leads, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and phone skills, are comfortable speaking with homeowners all day, and can enter data into the CRM. This is a full-time position with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Ability to work with homeowners throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners by phone and schedule free in-home consultations
• Follow company scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs
• Answer questions and handle objections professionally
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM
• Confirm appointments for canvassers and sales representatives
• Answer inbound calls generated from marketing campaigns
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records
