Job summary

The attorney will defend litigated workers’ compensation claims before the WCAB, primarily in and around Los Angeles, CA, handling matters from referral through trial or arbitration.

The position requires a Juris Doctor and CA bar admission, with at least four years of legal experience, including insurance industry exposure. Travel to WCAB hearings may be required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and California bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of legal experience; insurance industry preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state insurance laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
