Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with Account Management responsibilities in California public transit and transportation agencies.
• Experience leading highway and bridge transportation project delivery and client relationship management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management efforts for California public transit and transportation agency accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans, engagement strategies, pursuit planning, and relationship management.
• Maintain relationships with client project managers, technical staff, and agency leadership in California.
• Support proposal development, scope development, fee estimates, and client interviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with growth strategies.
• Oversee project management duties including client/subconsultant coordination, scheduling, budgets, and QA/QC.
• Ensure adherence to agency standards, procurement approaches, and Stantec’s frameworks.
