Job description

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa is a legendary AAA Four-Diamond property located in Riverside, California. It features 238 guest rooms and over 160,000 sq ft of meeting and event space.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily.
• Assist bartenders in securing requisitioned liquor, beer and wine.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including ensuring clean glasses are stocked.
• Understand the details of bar operation and oversee its daily functions.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist in maintaining stock, cutting, and storing all fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.

Compensation

$16.90 – $16.90 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
