Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive in the bar area.
• Maintain proper daily bar set-up.
• Assist in securing requisitioned liquor, beer, and wine.
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar and glassware.
• Monitor and oversee daily bar operations.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and staff.
• Maintain stock of fresh fruit, garnishes, and juices.
