Job summary

Sweetwater Care seeks an Administrator to oversee all facility operations. The role requires a CA LNHA license, a preferred Bachelor’s in Health Administration, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in health care settings.

You will drive compliance, financial health, and resident care quality through strong leadership. Applicants must navigate complex regulations, lead the management team, and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and staff while ensuring survey

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted LNHA license in CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home or related health care facility.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, laws and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operation of the facility in line with state and federal laws.
• Lead and coordinate management team meetings to address census, finances, survey readiness and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators and initiate action through education or process changes.
• Develop and maintain fiscal health through collaboration with the Business Office Manager.
• Represent the facility to residents, families and the public with clear, confident communications.
• Ensure readiness for health inspections and survey readiness, addressing mock survey issues.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and high-quality resident care through strong leadership and accountability.
