Job summary

Headlight is transforming mental healthcare by enabling clinicians to focus on client care while handling billing, insurance, and marketing. This W-2 role offers clinical autonomy and access to advanced tools like Blueprint AI for session notes, supported by a collaborative clinical leadership team.

We seek licensed clinicians with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes, who can work in a hybrid setup and participate in a system designed to improve access and care quality across the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Licensed and fully credentialed in LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist per location.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and ongoing progress assessments.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Coordinate outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
