April Quest in Detroit is seeking a Test & Calibration Technician to join a small team of Customer Support Engineers. You will work hands-on with clients' products, testing, calibrating and configuring equipment returned from the field, following established procedures to identify faults and ensure proper operation.

The role requires practical service or test background in mechanical or electronics, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage the end-to-end RMA process, from logging

Qualifications

• Practical service/test background with ability to problem solve, test and calibrate / configure.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end returns/RMA processes from logging to dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Test equipment and calibrate products returned from the field.
• Identify basic faults and ensure proper operation per procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
