Job summary

The WIKA Group is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our manufacturing team in Lawrenceville, GA. You will calibrate and adjust gauges, install and service process instruments, and help maintain accuracy across product lines.

You will follow SOPs, complete daily logs, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with operators on other shifts. This role requires physical stamina, basic math skills, and reliability in a noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Stand for long periods (8+ hours).
• Overtime, including weekends, may be required.
• Able to work in a noisy environment.
• Good eyesight, corrective allowed.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and adjustments on gauges.
• Install, repair, maintain and adjust process instruments such as pressure.
• Make adjustments to meet product accuracy specifications.
• Perform changeovers and assist in troubleshooting calibration equipment.
• Follow SOPs and SI instructions.
• Complete daily production logs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on calibration equipment.
• Communicate with operators on other shifts.
• Keep work area clean (5S) and assist mechanics as needed.
• Perform any other duties as needed.
