Job summary

WIKA Group is seeking a production technician to set up machines and prepare them for production runs at our Lawrenceville, GA facility. You will configure CTS stations as per work orders, verify tolerances with precision checks, and adjust settings to ensure safe, efficient operation.

You will inspect first parts, perform routine maintenance, and support mechanics as needed. On-the-job training is provided to new staff, with opportunities for development within a leading measurement technology

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic required.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.

Responsibilities

• Sets up machine parameters for production readiness.
• Uses work order data to configure CTS stations per specs.
• Inspects parts for tolerance and quality.
• Performs machine adjustments and fine-tuning for optimal output.
• Maintains and cleans machinery and tooling.
• Provides on-the-job training to new employees.
