Job summary

Le candidat idéal devra avoir une expérience préalable en calibration et être à l'aise avec l'interaction technique avec les clients. Cette position exige une attention particulière aux détails et des compétences en documentation et en conformité réglementaire.

Qualifications

• Expérience en calibration sur site dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des appareils médicaux.
• Capacité à développer des plans de calibration basés sur des normes réglementaires.
• Compétences en analyse des résultats de calibration.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer la calibration sur site et l'installation d'instruments.
• Analyser les résultats de calibration et recommander des améliorations.
• Assister les clients pendant les audits externes.

Job description

• Perform onsite calibration, disassembly, and installation of instruments in Singapore's pharmaceutical-related industries.
• Develop calibration plans based on client requirements or regulatory standards, execute onsite calibration, document data, and issue reports.
• Analyze calibration results, identify equipment deviations, and propose improvement recommendations.
• Assist clients in preparing for external audits by providing technical support and compliance explanations. Generate and issue final reports
• Liaise with clients on technical issues when required
• Maintain draft report format/template
• Maintain good housekeeping at workstation/areas
• Assist in the development and extension of new calibration scope
• Increase calibration productivity and efficiency by adopting improved systems and methods.
• Experience in onsite inspection and calibration within the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
