Genovice is seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, onsite. The role focuses on performing instrument and equipment calibrations, troubleshooting issues, and documenting results in a GMP environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on calibration experience, works well independently, and is familiar with CMMS systems, preferably Blue Mountain RAM. ASQ calibration certification is a plus.

Genovice is seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This hands-on role will focus on executing instrument and equipment calibrations, troubleshooting calibration issues, and completing accurate documentation in a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and corrective calibrations on manufacturing, laboratory, and utility instruments, including temperature, pressure, humidity, flow, and weighing devices.
Execute approved calibration procedures and document as-found and as-left results.
Troubleshoot instrument issues and support adjustments, repairs, and return to service.
Record calibration activities in the site's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Identify and promptly report out-of-tolerance results, supporting investigations and corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Quality to complete calibrations with minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain calibration standards and test equipment, ensuring they are current and traceable.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on calibration experience , preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing.
Experience executing calibrations in a GMP-regulated environment.
Strong understanding of calibration procedures, instrument troubleshooting, and good documentation practices.
Experience using a CMMS; Blue Mountain RAM experience preferred .
Ability to work independently, manage assigned calibration tasks, and communicate issues clearly.
Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent relevant experience; ASQ Certified Calibration Technician certification is a plus.
