Job summary

Genovice is seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, onsite. The role focuses on performing instrument and equipment calibrations, troubleshooting issues, and documenting results in a GMP environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on calibration experience, works well independently, and is familiar with CMMS systems, preferably Blue Mountain RAM. ASQ calibration certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on calibration experience in pharma/biotech/medical device settings.
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment with good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and corrective calibrations on manufacturing, laboratory, and utility instruments including temp, pressure, humidity, flow and weighing devices.
Document as-found and as-left results for calibrations.
Troubleshoot instrument issues and support adjustments and return to service.
Record calibration activities in CMMS and ensure records are complete and traceable.
Identify and report out-of-tolerance results, supporting investigations and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Quality to minimize disruption to operations.
