Job summary

DICKEY-john, part of the TSI Incorporated family, is seeking a Service Assembler II to repair and calibrate instruments in our Auburn, IL facility. The role covers service, calibration, basic soldering, and data entry using SAP.

You will work under supervision, perform standard and some non-standard setups, and participate in process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, day-shift position based in Auburn.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Soldering and/or microscope experience.
• Some cells will require additional and/or specific types of assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations within an ISO 17025 Accredited Lab.
• Under general supervision, perform service and calibration operations at a workstation using basic hand tools and calibration equipment.
• Work with assigned group to complete service orders by the expected date.
• May sign off for certification of instruments.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs with assistance.
• Use SAP screens to enter data.
