Job summary

AMETEK Process Instruments is seeking a Testing Technician to support calibration and troubleshooting of instruments across the product line. The role involves coordinating instrument calibration priorities based on current open sales orders and production schedules, and owning the calibration process to ensure quality outputs.

You will cross-train technicians, document calibration results, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Sustaining Engineering to identify trends and resolve

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment calibrating complex products and sub-assemblies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must read and follow assembly and test procedures
• Familiarity with yield and parametric data collection and presentation
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and troubleshoot instruments for forward production flow
• Coordinate workflow for two products with production schedules
• Cross-train additional technician resources
• Own calibration processes and ensure quality outputs
• Provide feedback to Manufacturing and Sustaining Engineering for analysis
• Perform other related duties as assigned
