Job summary

AMETEK Process Instruments is seeking a Testing Technician to calibrate and troubleshoot instruments, coordinating order priority from sales and production schedules. The role includes documenting results and cross-training teammates to ensure quality and timely issue resolution.

The successful candidate will contribute to process ownership, communicate findings to Manufacturing and Sustaining Engineering, and support continuous improvement across the product line.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with calibration experience.
• Ability to read and follow assembly and test procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On calibration technician responsible for the forward production flow of all systems spanning the entire product line.
• Manage the workflow for 2 products in conjunction with the production schedule.
• Cross Training of additional technician resources as required.
• Process ownership for Instrument calibration and quality output result.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to Engineering groups for analysis and trend identification.
• Other related duties as assigned.
