Job summary

AMETEK is seeking an experienced assembler/test technician to contribute to the production of high-quality products. The role involves completing assembly and test tasks in alignment with safety, quality, and production standards, and documenting results for traceability.

You will collaborate with Engineering on new products and proto-type hardware, ensure manufacturability, and build major assemblies and subassemblies.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in mechanical and/or electronics assembly.
• Education: High School degree or equivalent; basic math; able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with assembly, testing, and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products per safety, quality, and production standards.
• Prepare test procedures, reports, and assembly history records.
• Work with Engineering on new products and proto-type hardware for manufacturability.
• Build major assemblies and subassemblies and update documentation.
• Identify improvements to safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
