Keysight Technologies in Roseville, CA is seeking a Service Calibration Intern to perform calibrations and adjustments on TMDE and to support field staff and customers. You will work with clearly defined objectives, solve technical problems of limited scope, and contribute to timely service delivery.

The role emphasizes adherence to production processes, effective communication, and the proper use of Keysight resources, including ESD and safety protocols. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) is preferred.
• Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; multi-tasking.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers; professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Perform calibrations and adjustments on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).
• Solve technical problems of limited scope; escalate more difficult issues to experienced technicians.
• Work with clearly defined objectives on customer service assignments that may be repetitive.
• Support field staff and customers by clarifying, analyzing, developing, and implementing actions and solutions.
