Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week and lift 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of calibration field service technicians.
• Schedule training for field technicians.
• Coordinate with scheduling to assign jobs and communicate with customers.
• Prepare out-of-tolerance reports and investigations.
• Maintain Cap-X list and budget.
• Collaborate with QA to update calibration procedures and documentation.
• Oversee equipment room with Tool Room Coordinator.
