Responsibilities

• Oversee calibration field technicians and daily field operations.
• Schedule training and assign technicians to jobs.
• Ensure timely and professional execution of duties.
• Coordinate with scheduling to optimize job allocations and customer communications.
• Prepare out-of-tolerance reports and investigations as needed.
• Maintain Cap-X list and field equipment budgets.
• Work with QA to keep calibration procedures up to date.
