Job summary

Spartronics is seeking a Calibration Asset Management Specialist to oversee calibration assets across internal, customer, and government-owned inventories. You will coordinate repairs, maintain rigorous documentation, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards while minimizing disruption to production.

Responsibilities include on-site calibration scheduling, asset tracking, and process improvement to boost efficiency and traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of calibration or asset management experience
• Knowledge of calibration standards and quality systems (ISO 17025, AS9100)
• Proficiency with asset management databases or calibration management software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments
• Technical background in electronics or test equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage calibration assets lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Coordinate repair and calibration schedules with production and testing teams
• Maintain detailed calibration records and traceability to aerospace standards
• Audit asset records for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Support government, customer, and internal asset tracking and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve calibration efficiency and process reliability
