Job summary

Yolo County Children’s Alliance (YCCA) is hiring a CalAIM Program Manager to implement and manage growing CalAIM, ECM, CHW, and other Medi-Cal funded programs. Lead operational workflows, teams, and service delivery to ensure high quality, compliant services aligned with community needs.

You will supervise staff, translate requirements into practical processes, monitor performance with data, and collaborate with healthcare providers, plans, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Translate complex CalAIM, Medi-Cal, health-plan and contract requirements into practical workflows.
• Oversee program staff and day-to-day operations.

Help Build Programs That Improve Access to Care

Yolo County Children's Alliance (YCCA) is seeking a collaborative, solutions-focused CalAIM Program Manager to help implement and manage our growing CalAIM and community health initiatives.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can take complex healthcare and program requirements and turn them into practical workflows, strong teams, and effective services. You'll support CalAIM, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Health Worker (CHW), and other Medi‑Cal-funded programs while helping ensure services are high‑quality, compliant, and responsive to community needs.

What You’re Doing

• Manage program implementation plans, timelines, deliverables, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Translate CalAIM, Medi‑Cal, health‑plan, and contractual requirements into practical workflows and procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and support assigned program staff.

• Support billing readiness and ensure documentation meets program requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Medi‑Cal, CalAIM, ECM, Community Supports, CHW services, managed care, healthcare operations, or community‑based organizations is strongly preferred.

A valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required. This position requires regular local travel and periodic evening and weekend availability.
