Qualified candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. California Bar admission and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of employment litigation or OSHA experience.
• Admission to the California Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required.
• Willingness to dedicate at least 50% of time to the Workplace Safety Practice Group.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Drafting and arguing motions and other briefs.
• Taking and defending depositions.
