Qualifications

• Must be Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator to be hired.
• Candidates should include Certification number on resume for priority consideration.
• If not certified, schedule date for Cal MHSA Test; otherwise disqualified.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes using approved curriculum.
• Conduct class and individual sessions to develop action plans and provide make-up work.
• Evaluate and document progress of participants.
• Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms and participation.
• Document delivery of CBI programming services in ARMS.
• Work collaboratively with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institution, and CDCR contracted staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
