Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of cake decorating or culinary experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, fruit décor, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices.

Responsibilities

• Decorate and assemble cakes and desserts following precise recipes and brand standards.
• Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe decorating station.
• Manage daily production to meet café demand and ensure visually appealing cake displays.
• Support special orders and guest customization needs with enthusiasm.
• Receive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficiently.
• Monitor equipment and inventory, reporting issues promptly.
• Train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures.
• Complete waste logs, production sheets, and prep reports accurately.
• Adapt to other bakery tasks as part of a dynamic team.
