Responsabilidades

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and application methods with precision.
• Uses measuring instruments, mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frosts walk-in cakes accordingly.
• Ensures samples and frosted cakes are ready for display and guests.
• Maintains frosting supplies, labeling, and storage logs.
• Monitors frosting inventory and notifies when replenishment is needed.
• Evaluates cakes to ensure NbC standards and notes quality issues.
• Keeps workstation clean, restocks, and assists the Dishwasher/Utility when needed.
• Complies with health/safety guidelines and NbC dress code.
• Maintains attendance and punctuality.
