Responsibilities

• Abide by all NBC policies and procedures.
• Uphold NBC's image and brand.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Keep case stocked with Bundtlets and cakes.
• Maintain par levels in cooler for cakes.
• Make frosting as needed.
• Frost all cakes for same and next day orders.
• Fold boxes for packaging.
• Keep frosting area clean and sanitized.
• Track inventory of frosting material.
