Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Lakeland, FL is hiring a Froster to prepare our signature frostings and frost cakes according to a strict recipe and safety standards. You will frost per order, manage supplies, and keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with health guidelines.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and precise measurement skills are required. Prior bakery or foodservice experience is a plus, but not required for applicants 18+.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; previous bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Frost cakes following NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods.
• Use measuring instruments and pastry tools to frost cakes.
• Prioritize pre-orders and frost according to schedule while maintaining par levels.
• Maintain frosting supplies, packaging, labeling and storage correctly.
• Clean, sanitize, restock workstation, and ensure readiness for next shift.
