Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a froster to prepare frostings and apply them to cakes according to NBC bakery standards and time guidelines. The role includes keeping the display case stocked, ensuring samples are available, and maintaining par levels of cakes, while keeping the frosting station clean and efficient.

The position emphasizes accuracy with measuring tools, sanitation, and adherence to health guidelines, with flexibility to work various shifts and celebrate a purpose-driven team

Formación

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follows NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and productivity goals.
• Uses measuring instruments, mixers and pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frosts walk-in cakes for timely service.
• Keeps frosting supplies and frosted cakes stocked for guest displays.
• Maintains packaging, labeling, storage and frosting logs; ensures contamination control.
• Monitors frosting inventory andNotifies management when replenishment is needed.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks the workstation, adheres to health and safety guidelines.
