You will use measuring instruments, pastry bags, and mixers, prioritize cake pre-orders, keep the display cases stocked, and maintain accurate frosting and refrigeration logs.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; bakery/food service experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Frost cakes using NbC frosting recipe and methods with precision.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost walk-in orders accordingly.
• Maintain frosting supplies, display case availability, and refrigeration logs.
• Comply with health, safety guidelines, dress code and NbC policies.
