Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a reliable Froster to create high-quality frostings and frost cakes according to our proprietary recipes. You will manage supplies, prep stations, and assist with maintaining a clean, efficient bakery area.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow precise measurements, and stay organized throughout shifts. Prior bakery experience is a plus, and adherence to health and safety practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to understand written and oral directions, apply recipes and procedures.
• Understands basic units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and methods with precision.
• Uses measuring instruments and mixer to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frosts walk-in orders as scheduled.
• Maintains frosting supplies, labeling, storage and logs.
• Monitors frosting inventory and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation and equipment.
• Adheres to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
