Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take bakery orders with a friendly smile.
• Set up production timeline and check cake orders for details (size, fondant, icing, dates).
• Decorate bakery items in a timely manner and stay current on new designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers including cakes and sizes needed.
• Lead part-time staff and coordinate with the Bakery Manager.
• Maintain sanitation and safe work practices throughout shifts.
• Assist with on-site wedding cake deliveries and setup.
• Communicate with management about displays and promotions.
• Cross-train teammates and pitch in on extra tasks.
