Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or less of similar work experience; training provided.
• Strong decorating skills and knowledge of cake design trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders at the bakery counter, and assist with needs.
• Check daily orders, set up timelines and production schedules for cakes.
• Decorate items and stay current on new designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers and sizes needed.
• Track production, coordinate with coworkers, and fill or replace items.
• Order decorating area supplies and verify receipts.
• Set up wedding cakes on site and communicate with Bakery Manager.
• Lead part-time staff, provide instruction, and review work.
